Some products are direct replacements, while others may require external drivers, brackets, wiring, aiming, or professional installation. Always review the product options and installation notes before purchase.

Can I use off-road lights on public roads?

Use depends on the product, mounting location, and local laws. Do not assume a product is street legal unless the product page explicitly states an approved compliance claim.

Where can I see shipping cost?

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the carrier receives the package.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Contact support as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier.

Are installation labor costs covered?

Installation, labor, towing, diagnostic, or related third-party costs are not covered unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in writing by Aozoom.

How do I apply for a dealer account?

Use the dealer application page if you operate a physical automotive retail store, repair shop, custom shop, or service bay. Applications are reviewed manually.

Do you offer sponsorship or ambassador opportunities?

Yes. Creators, installers, and vehicle builders can apply through the ambassador program page. Approved applicants are selected manually based on fit, content quality, and program needs.
